To upgrade a Juris license, run JurisLicenseUpgrade.exe, enter the license information supplied by Juris, and update the license. After the license has been updated, run the Juris Database Revision Update utility to confirm that all companies are current.
Use the Juris License Upgrade utility to update the Juris license with the appropriate Juris modules.

Navigate to the
C:\Program File\Juris\binfolder. - Run
JurisLicenseUpgrade.exe. -
Enter the following information:
- CD Key: Enter the CD key supplied by Juris. The CD key is unique for each client and expires. If the system does not accept the key code, verify that it was entered correctly. If the key code has expired, contact Juris to receive a new code.

Client Code: Enter the 4-digit client code assigned by Juris, followed by the company number. For clients with only one Juris license, the company number is
000. - Client Name: Enter the firm name as it should appear at login. For clients with multiple companies, make sure each client name describes the different Juris companies that have been established.
- Click Next to update the license.
- After the license has been updated, run the Juris Database Revision Update utility to confirm that all companies are current.
