Diagnostics

The Juris® Diagnostics tool is used to display information about the local machine and its configuration for troubleshooting purposes.  To utilize the utility, perform the following:

1. Navigate to the Program Files\Juris\bin folder and execute the Juris Diagnostics.exe application file.

   

2. Use the File menu to Save, Print or Email the detail of the diagnostic screen. Use the Options menu to set the Debug Level. Debug Level is is used to troubleshoot persistent issues. This setting should be set to NONE unless instructed otherwise by a Juris Support Professional.
