Database Constructor is run automatically during new installations, but may be required by an existing user to install an additional license.
To use the Juris® Database Constructor:

Navigate to the Program Files\Juris\bin folder and execute the Juris Database Constructor.exe application file.

Select the appropriate database and click the Run button.
