Juris® Database Revision Update Utility is typically run automatically during Juris installations, but may need to be manually run in order to verify that the database has all current revisions applied.
ALL users MUST be logged out of Juris! Place Juris in Maintenance Mode to assure that no users login while this utility is being run.
For Juris EFO (Expanded Features for Outlook) users, the EFO services must be stopped prior to running the DB Revision Update. If EFO services is not stopped, it will leave connections open to the server, which can result in issues with Expanded Features for Outlook and the DBRevisionUpdateutility.
To utilize the Juris Database Revision Update Utility:

Navigate to the Program Files\Juris\bin folder and double-click the Juris DB Revision Update.exe file.

Choose one of the following options:
- If a message indicates the database requires an update, a list the applicable revisions shows below the company name. Place a checkmark beside the company name, then click Update to apply those revisions.
- If the company has the note "This database is current," then click Update to proceed.
