The License Manager is used to manage the properties of the licensed companies available in Juris®. Each user has individual license manager settings.
To open the License Manager:

Select Start > Programs > Juris > License Manager.
You may also browse to C:\Program Files\Juris\bin and double-click the Juris License Manager.exe file.
Licensed Instances of Juris
Shows a list of the licenses (companies) that are available in Juris. Most firms will only have one item in this list. When an item in the list is selected, that item's properties will be shown on the right side of the form.
Code
The client/company code of the license. The first 4 digits are the Juris client number and the last 3 digits are the company number.
Description
The name of the company, typically the firm name.
Shared Path
Active Server
The machine name of the computer that hosts the Juris database.
When checked, that company is used as the default when logging into Juris or Juris utilities.
Outlook Default
When checked, that company is used as the default when using Juris Expanded Features for Outlook (only used by those firms who have the advantage of Juris EFO).
Remove
Used to remove an item from the Licensed Instances of Juris list. Select the item in the list and click the Remove button to remove access to that company.
Add
Used to add an item to the Licensed Instances of Juris list.
Save
Saves any changes made to the licenses.
Cancel
Gives the option of whether or not to save changes made and exits the utility.
