To link to an ODBC data source:
- Open Microsoft Access.

Select File > New.
A New window opens.
- Click on the Database icon to select it.
- Click the OK button.

Click on the New icon to open a New Table .
- Click on Link Table to select it.

Click the OK button.
The Link Table Dialog box opens.

Click on the Files of Type arrow and select ODBC Databases.
A Select Data Source window opens.
- Click on the Machine Data Source tab.
- Select the source created during the ODBC source set up.

Click the OK button.
The SQL Server Login box appears.

Uncheck Use Trusted Connection.
The Login ID and Password box are enabled.
- Enter JurisRPT as the Login IDSee. Leave the password field blank.

Click the OK button.
The Link Tables box appears.
- The Link Tables box will display. Click SELECT ALL and place a check in the Save password box.

Click OK button.
The Save Password box may not be available if the Access database was previously linked to Juris® data. There are two options to resolve this issue. Create a new Access database and link to the Juris data per these instructions. Delete all the tables from the existing Access database and re-link to the Juris data per these instructions.
There will be several screens asking to select a unique record identifier.
- Click OK on each of the "... select unique record identifier" boxes.
