Automatically Assign Client Codes:
- First Available: The system assigns the first available Client Code. For instance, if existing Client Codes are 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9, the next new Client will receive Code 4, followed by Code 8, then Code 10, 11, and so on.
-
Next Highest: The system assigns the next highest Client Code. For example, if existing Client Codes are 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9, the next new Client will receive Code 10, followed by Code 11, and so on.
- If the firm switches from using the Next Highest to the First Available method, Juris will continue from the last "Highest" Client Code used. For example, if existing Client Codes are 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11, the next new Client will receive Code 12, followed by Code 13, 14, and so on.
