Create a report queue by entering a queue ID and name, adding reports to the queue, selecting report options, and saving the queue. After the queue is saved, you can open and print the full set of reports at any time.
Use Report Queues to create a set of reports that can be printed together. Financial reports must be printed from a queue, but queues can also be useful for recurring report sets, such as month-end reports.
Create a report queue

Select Inquiry-Reports > Report Queues.
- Click the New icon on the toolbar.

In Report Queue ID, enter an ID for the report queue.
- In Report Queue Name, enter a name for the report queue.
- Click the Save icon on the toolbar.
- Click the plus button below the Report Queue Name pane to add reports to the queue.

Select a category to view the reports available for that category.
The report names appear on the right side of the screen.
- Double-click a report in the list to add it to the queue.

Choose the Destination, Range, Sorts, and Options from the right side of the screen.

- Repeat the steps to add each report and choose the appropriate selections.
- Save the queue.
Print a report queue
To print the queue at any time:
- Open the report queue.
- Print the queue using either of the following options:
- Select Form > Print.
- Click the Print icon on the toolbar.
