Users must have rights to Post to see the Post function. Batch status must be 'Ready to Post' or 'Unposted' to perform posting. Empty batches may not be posted.
- Open the area of Transactions where the batch is located that needs to be posted.

Click on the Batch.
Multiple batches can be selected by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the batches to be unlocked.
- Select Tools > Post from the menu.
