Unlock Transactions

  1. Open the area of Transactions where the locked item is located.

  2. Click on the locked  Batch.  

    Multiple batches may be selected by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the batches to be unlocked.  

  3. Select Tools > Unlock from the menu.

A batch will be locked if it is opened by another user.  Batches opened by another user may not be unlocked.
