Start Ratio/End Ratio

The listed steps assume you are in a Financial Statement form. Used with Profit and Loss Statement Types only.

These Start Ratio/End Ratio Properties allow Account ratios to be printed.  Since ratios are based on some larger value (i.e., ratio basis-range of accounts), the SR code is used to specify the starting point for a group of accounts and the ER code is used to specify the ending point for a group of accounts.

To setup a SR/ER (Start Ratio/End Ratio) property:

  1. Click on the Property column arrow and select SR. on the line before the first account to be included in the ratio basis amount.

  2. Click on the Property column arrow and select ER on the line following the last account to be included in the ratio basis amount.
