Overview of Holiday Schedules
Holiday Schedules in Juris are used within Timekeeper Maintenance and Budget Assumptions to define non-billable dates for budgeting purposes. When a Holiday Schedule is specified, the days designated as holidays are excluded from the calculation of Timekeeper budgets.
For example, if a holiday is defined as:
- Holiday: July 4, 2025
- Description: Independence Day
- Substitute Date: July 3, 2025
In this setup, July 4, 2025 (or the substitute date, July 3, 2025) is not counted when calculating budgeted hours for timekeepers. This ensures that holiday periods are appropriately reflected in budget calculations.
